Sealife Sculpture for Caldmore Primary School

This collaborative sculpture was produced with the children of Caldmore Primary School in Walsall.
It consists of forty eight polished plates which have been engraved with the children's designs.
These plates were then linked together and suspended from a wooden frame to create a kinetic sculpture.
As the wind blows on the sculpture, the plates ripple in waves like the ocean, making a pleasant sonorous sound.
